3. User Obligations

• You must not share your access credentials with any third party.
• Only one simultaneous connection is permitted per subscription unless a multi-screen plan has been purchased.
• You agree not to attempt to bypass, disable or circumvent any security features of the service.

4. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain the highest level of service quality, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times during the subscription period. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names displayed on this site are the property of iPBOXTV Ott or their respective owners. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

iPBOXTV Ott shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.

Politique de Remboursement

Conditions de remboursement

Les demandes de remboursement sont acceptées uniquement dans les 24 heures suivant l'activation de la formule. Passé ce délai, aucun remboursement ne sera accordé.

Obligation de coopération

Avant tout remboursement, le client s'engage à coopérer avec notre équipe de support technique afin de tenter de résoudre les problèmes rencontrés. Un remboursement ne sera envisagé qu'après que les solutions proposées par le support auront été essayées.

Absence de garantie de continuité

iPBOXTV Ott ne garantit pas l'absence totale d'interruptions du service pendant toute la durée de la formule souscrite. Des interruptions temporaires peuvent survenir pour des raisons techniques ou de maintenance. Ces interruptions ponctuelles ne constituent pas un motif de remboursement.

Alternative au remboursement : changement de formule

Dans certains cas, si le changement de formule constitue le seul moyen de résoudre le problème rencontré, iPBOXTV peut proposer un changement de formule en lieu et place du remboursement. Cette solution est proposée par notre équipe support après analyse de la situation et accord du client.

Si la nouvelle formule est d'un tarif différent de la formule initiale, une compensation sur la durée restante est appliquée proportionnellement à la différence de prix, afin que le client ne soit pas lésé lors du changement.

ipboxtv.fr acts strictly as a technical service provider and indexer of third-party multimedia links. We do not store, transmit, host, record, or distribute any video files, live TV channels, or digital media streams on our own local servers.

By handling complaints directly and cooperatively, we avoid the need for hostile interventions or server takedown requests to hosting providers, thus protecting the operational efficiency of our technical platform.
